Hmmm.. if you are going wysiwyg simply to put up a page and not learn the language then you might as well move on to a different language. Try PHP or something. Simple enough if you use templates. 
But if you want to learn the code then that's fine. HTML is becoming more and more obsolete but it's good to know Coolpage or CoffeeCup editors were decent I guess. I just spent hours with wordpad/notepad
