Wanted : FTP account

Hello.
I have begun to start my own forum/site and have looked very hard to find a site that has FTP access. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could "donate" some storage space and FTP access to me for free. My email is mest_182_@hotmail.com. The forum/site is a social type site that wont use a large amount of bandwidth. Any offers are greatly appreciated. Also, if you know of any free hosts that offer FTP access, telling me them would also be appreciated. Thank you for you time.
