Error Message//Memory could not be read

I get this error message only when I close internet explorer. (The memory could not be read click on ok to terminate the program) There are some reference numbers with this message. I ll appreciate if someone could help me out.

Set up is windows xp pro. P4 1.3mhz. All the drivers and windows update is fully updated. Antivirus spyware fully scanned.

try putting your vitual memory up abit

I raised virtual memory. Still no good result. Physical memory is 690mb and it is rd ram.

does it just do that with IE?
