Most RAM will work; and if you can't send it back after testing it then buy 1 stick, see if it works and then buy the other.
I'm pretty sure it will - most things that old are practically the same. I'm not sure why you would want to put 2 sticks of 128Megs in a K-6? Seems like overkill to me for her to use the Internet.
