Where would I be able to get something like this? I need to package a processor, and need static resistant plastic.

You don't need a static pad... I've never used one the years I've worked on computers, and guess how many computers I've zapped... ZERO

Save your money. Ground yourself every so often. Just touch your case before handeling anything that would be harmed by static. Don't lay equipment on carpet or metal. Common sence will normally protect computer parts.

Really doesnt need static resistant plastic. What I recommend is a protective case. What a processor needs is something to protect the pins and the die from being damaged in shipment. Its best to send it in a box so it doesnt get hurt.
