Hi:

I keep trying to delete mysql-nt.exe from Windows, but I don't see how to do it in regedit, registry clean or whatever...

I'm trying to install firepage's FireFox locally, and I can't delete the version I have because of this persistant source file. Could you tell me how this is done?

I only want this one file gone. Also, I can't open the file through Computer Management in Task Manager either.

Any help is appreciated!

well open up the registry w/regedit....then highlight the little comp. on the top left....

then click edit /find... In the box put in "mysql-nt.exe" without the quotes...& hit findnext.

this will find it in the registry....once it finds it, make shure to export it & save it to (my documents or so)

this is just incase something goes wrong. then in the right side window right click it & delete it.
