does anyone know any websites where they use a hit points system to be able to download............ i have been to a few but they have to subscibe a payment to be able to join

What kind of files are you looking for....??

You could just do a google search for the specific item your looking for, and hit page should have the download option...Unless their using leechware.

Wich you have to download from the site, before they let you download any of their stuff.
