hi,

i hope someone can help me, i have a load of electrical equitment (PC, TV, Hi-fi, ect.) i bought in England, and i am moving to italy. will my euitment still work over there or do i have to use a converter ?

I'd guess you'd have to buy some kind of convertor. Not especially for the equipment, but for the plugs, you'll definetly need some kind of adapter for all the plugs (one, maybe to fit, and two, to stop things from blowing up) to fit into the plug socket... not sure exactly of the voltage or plugs in Italy

Look on them. Most will say what voltage they are compatable with. Usally like 100-240 means all you need is a converter for the plug.

The computer should be fine, you just might have to switch it back to 110 if that's what it is in Italy. As for the TV and HiFi, I don't know. Tipically I don't think those are usually changeable.
