No it doesn't. It looks clean and effective.

Your site is a damn mess. It has ugly mismatching colors and a bunch of extra nonsense that I wouldn't even bother looking at.

Looks like it could be a cool site though.

Look at computerforums back when it started. It looked horrible.

One thing to remember is critisism isnt mean it is helpful to make you site better. Dont think that your site is perfect, be willing to change.
