I have just tried to re install windows onto my laptop, when i did this it said ertan file couldn't be copied so i pulled ojut the plug and restarted the computer, now it is telling me the ntrl's or something are missing, what shall i do

please help!!!!!!

i have put the recovory disk in but in wont spin at the mo coz the drives nakered you have to put it in like twice etc
