Problem using FireBurner - please help!

Before anyone says, yes, I have checked the official forum and there is nothing there. Also there is hardly ever anyone online at that place to answer questions. Anyway, I am trying to burn something and it seems that when I “IMPORT TRACKS FROM CUE”, I get a pop-up window reporting "FireBurner - Status". It says "Track Progress [Loading], but nothing ever happens in the window. Eventually after waiting for so damned long I just closed the pop-up window because nothing was happening. So what do you think the problem could be? Please someone help me. Thanks!

are you burning from a playlist ??

I've never heard of that burn prog....Is this a store bought burn prog. ?? If it aint i would just use a different burn prog. like Nero, Roxio,Alcohol 120%,ect...

Never heard of FireBurner... Nero is probably the best idea.
