NO!! Don't even try that. Two problems:
One- Celeron uses different voltage settings, and a different pin then the one you want to upgrade to.
Two- Your powersupply will (in all likeliness) not be able to handle t a P4, since they are power hogs, and generate so much heat.
First of all, don't go Intel again. Go AMD64 (they are faster for almost all tasks especially gaming) and are 64bit for future tasks that are coming up quickly. Judging by standards of what Celeron systems contain and run at, try his bad ass PC.
