Userablity reports are for advanceing your site. Whether its a templete or some other design, Art is important element in a design, it is very important that it does define whether your site will make it on the internet. A site with good art work will be place in good situations by programed robotics that examines userablity and art while other sites without good art design will exist in obscrity with notes attached as to why. I think this good because it will reduce sites that are badly made or made with the intention to upset others with bad art.
