Hello thar!!

This is my first time on this site and would appreciate help on the follwing topic. My girlfreinds computer has been hijacked by 123mania and takes over Internet Explorer every time she is is on it. This makes the internet nigh on unsable.

I have heard of 'Hijack This ', & i have downloaded it onto my machine, but that is as far as i have got. ANly clues/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Hi welcome to CF!

I suggest downloading mozilla firefox.
If just not using IE doesn't help I suggest your girlfriend reformat her computer.
That usually deals with viruses

Plus it would be a good idea if she or you installed a Firewall and an antivirus program like Norton, McAfee or Panda
