I'm poor, I don't have any money at all right now besides 3 dollars and I'm hoping I can get some money to buy a new video card on christmas since I've been playing Call of Duty since it came out and the frame lag is pissing me off. I get a constant 20 25 fps outside and thats where I usually am on all low settings, vertical sync is off and so is everything else.

Well... if thats all you have the best bet is to pray Santa Claus brings you one.

20-25 frames per second is reasonable enough.
