Hey,

I am thinking of building a computer, I'm getting some money, and I've never built one before and I'm only a kid and I just wanna do it :D

The thing is, I'm a total Newbie, Well not total, But I know I'll need a lot of help :D

I am looking to try my hardest to keep the computer cheap but still good, Maybe about 300-500 Pounds. I live in UK.

I would like to start of with just buying the parts I need (like buy 512MB RAM and 1 CD Burner, And then later adding another 512MB of RAm and adding a DVD Burner) and later upgrading it.

I want a good Graphics card, but within the budget of course (maybe a Geforce FX5700)

I'd like a flat screen monitor, With a normal mouse and keyboard, No speaker's to start with.

I'd like a very cheap, and not so good Sound card, But one that will work with some good speakers also (speakers I will later buy)

I'd like the case to be a window one but that's all, I don't one that looks good, just a standard one with a window

I'd like an AMD Athlon Processor, Maybe one that's only running at about 2-3GHZ

A normal CD burner (as I will be adding a DVD Burner in), and 2 80GB Seagate Hardrives also

A normal powwer supply will do, What d u guys recommend?

512MB of DDR Ram will do to start with

What do u guys recommend for a fan?

And I need a Mobo to support all of this...

Have I missed anything out? I am only really considering this at the moment, But everything goes well financially, :D, then I'd like to get it

I realize that my budget is pretty low....

Any other advice???

Remember, I live in the UK....

If you are newish to building a computer than i would get some help from someone, it is quite tough builiding a computer from scratch as there are many parts where you think now where does this go so i would maybe get a little help, most of the stuff for it sounds good and its quite a nice price range.

Well Good Luck!!
