Building a PC

Hi Everyone , Im putting a PC together for my boss in trade for a Projection TV, Im using a Gateway MoBO With an AMD athlon 1.1 Ghz Processor and 3 sticks of PC 133 Ram, Im trying to install a Western Digital HDD. Ive wiped the HDD, and formatted it,but when I put in the floppy to choose option 1 "Start PC with CD rom support) it tells me that it cant find a CD rom ...I have the HDD set to Master and CD set to Slave on IDE port 1..Ive tried both in another PC and they are Both Fine
Any help would be greatly appreciated If I cant get this working Ill have to order another Mobo ...and Id Like to save as much money as possible

Ok i think you bust the floppy, but u can always add mini hard drives into the pc, and as far as the HDD format, i personally dont know, you could try calling your local pc shop i guess
