How Do I Get Back Onto A Site I Have Been Banned But I Am Inocente Someone Else Has Used My Details Is There A Way Round It

Second: Learn how to spell innocent.

Third: Contact the site mods, and don't ask people here on how to hack.

Yes hacking is illegal you shouldn't do it and if you were innocent why are you asking us to help you hack in their system contact a mod as rakedog said.

If someone else used your details, and the site blocked you; then they would have been blocking the IP they traced at the last moment before they blocked you. So its unlikely that somebody using your details could have made them block you and not the person usnig them.

Unless this is a problem with Login Details?

Best idea is what rakedog said; e-mail the Admin and tell them about the problem.

if somehow they have banned your IP (dont see why they would if "Someone Else" used it)

then contact them from another computer eg work or school comps
