If you have that much money to spend then might as well upgrade to a SATA hard drive, a 74GB raptor if you want. They run at 10K instead of 7200. They are much faster

74gig... is that only one? i need range of 120-160 gig my friend recommended to get 2x74gig combined because it will be wayyy faster but i couldnt find any sites where to buy from... is there one for 120 gig that runs at 10k?

Usually 10k drives don't currently get to super large capacities. Your system is nice, nVidia card, FX55, very very nice. If you plan to save a little bit of money, and you plan on leaving you PC on alot, get a calmer case. That case is really really loud (and by loud i mean WAY TOO BLING). I had a big flashy case like that but i got tired of it and bought a plain ol' black case with pretty silver fins.

i think u can get larger sizes but only with SCSI. You can get 2*74GB and almost anything u want at newegg.com
