Nforce 3 comes with a good onboard soundcard so that shouldnt be a problem.

I really like http://www.ZipZoomFly.com for computer parts. Also NewEgg is good as well.

Here is a list I have assembled.

Well I was under the impresion that the 939 had a better architecture but airiox has metioned in the past something about it being crap that's why I'm asking I have a 939 AMD Processor and I don't have any problems.

its not crap, he isnt planning to upgrade so it will save him money. The reason I chose 754 for him is because the 939's that are in his budget are all 90nm cores. And to get them to work the way they should, you really need to flash you bios. And since I doubt he knows how to do that, i didnt want to trouble him with it.

The 754 will also save some money.

Its just that I have a 90nm and its not working they way i should. I cant get the board to recognize my RAM as 400ddr. So its slowing down my comp. But 939 is the way to go if you know a bunch about comps and are planning to upgrade.
