too many programs

i have many many programs installed on this computer, when i goto startmenu > programs i have 2 lists that are full, but the second list keeps going down but wont let me see the bottom programs, theres too many programs in the list to show, and it wont make a third list, how do i fix?

Seriously I format every couple months. Its so damn easy and it keeps your system running good. My system posts, formats, and installs windows in 13 minutes, so its convenient.

Man, does everyone here think that Format is allway's the answer....All he has to do is this...

click start/ right click the bottom bar of the start menu list/ properties/start menu tab/ customize

Then click on clear list...Now you can decide what programs you want in the start menu...
