hey everyone,

got a e-cube computer, quite small

intel inside pentium 4 processor, geforce graphics card, 120gb hard drive, 2.4 ghz, 256 ram, dvd-r

heres my problem, everything in the computer is fine, no conflicts nothing, but i have no sound, now, i have tried every jack on the motherboard to try n get sound and the only one that works is the jack for headphones, but when you connect it,the sound is very faint and u cant hear nething at all

any suggestions whati can do?

I assume you've checked volume proporties, and the master and wave volumes are at a decent level?

If so, what kind of speakers(or headphones) are you using? Do they have an amp in them? If not, try to upgrade to ones that do... My guess is that you don't have the amp enabled on the soundcard. There's usally a jumper to control this...
