USB Routers.

can you get USB routers, not ethernet or networking but USB. its like a ethernet router but with usb connections insted.

nope. those are called usb hubs and they dotn work as well. soem cable modems are usb based but that's rare anymore in these parts. most mobos have embedded nics.

dam, coz iv got a adsl modem with a usb conection at the end but iv got two pc's and i want to conect bouth of them to the net with out networking them bouth. so what i thort was if i got a router which gives out USB then it should work coz it would be the same coz its like conecting the modem to the pc but spliting it.

yeah.. use internet connection sharing feature in xp and see if that helps...

iv spoken to someone in the networking area here in poole college and thay said it wont work. sorry dave bouth of the iders iv crossed passed you wont work even tho u said that would lol lmao, so what im doing now is useing 2 modems insted of one, one for each pc but one can only use it at a time.
