I overclocked my processor, but it won't let me overclock my FSB or anything else for that matter, any reasons why and how i could change that?
 
to overclock your processor, you need to change your FSB. So, are you saying that you changed your FSB and it wont let you change it back?
 
Guys, i went to the BIOS, went to the Jump settings, and the only options were simply "Overclocking". 5%, 10%,20%or 30%. I want to overclock the bus too, but maybe Intel(bastards) has it blocked somehow. By the way, the processor is overclocked from 2.8 to 3.3 and it is pretty close to the original temp so i am happy, sortof :mad:

not to sound stupid, but would not overclocking the FSB, cause bottleneck with the overclock processor? But i did sense an improvement, I can play 32 civs on a big ass map without hour long loading times, lol
