hey all thanks for looking.
managed to aquire a base unit with an intel 850 motherboard with 256 meg rd-ram. would like to upgrade it but having some problems figuring out exactly what i need. just a few questions any help would be greatly appreciated.
1 how fast is rd compared to ddr (i'm on an old pentium 3 733 at the min with pc133 so as you can see i'm a little out of touch...)
2 what prices am i looking at?
3 is there anything that i need to look out for specifically when buying to ensure compatibility?
4 how does the dual system work? got two slots and two that are kind of blanked and don't really understand
