Free iPods, what is the need?

What is it with people and the free iPod scheme? I think that if they want one they should buy one. I want one, but don't have the money, yet I haven't decided that I should get one for free, I should save up and buy one. Why don't others think this?

Please answer this question as I am sick of threads titled 'Free iPods'!

Yeah, true. Maybe you should consider giving the email address of the spammer to a company that sends lots of junk emails, just to show them that nobody likes SPAMMERS!!!
