Your machine sucks. MHz means nothing.

I didn't look at the rest of your system.. ha ha I did put Geil ram in it www.microdirect.co.uk and a Maxtor 160Gb Sata drive. I really do know what theyr'e like I build them around that spec as our basic gamer machine. Now with a 6800Le GPU all for £749. Inc 17" 16ms Digimate TFT. Please feel free to e-mail if you want one. You don't seem to understand what settle downs me? My computer is just fine with its current specifications and it operates at great speeds. I do not want S/ATA drives. The speed difference is very marginal. And TFTs aren't great. CRTs are better.
