Paint Shop Pro8

Hi, I'm having a problem with paintshop pro 8, where I have an edited image I want to put on top of another image, but I just cant seem to find the option to do this, so could anyone explain how to do this to me, or otherwise point me in the direction of a good tutorial.

photoshop cs is better i have one.

I work with paintshop 9, but I think the theory is the same. Create a layer to enhouse your original image, then create a new roaster layer. Now go and ctrl-C the edited image, then go into paintshop edit>paste>paste as new layer. Should put it right on top.

Well I managed to paste it on top of the other image by using 'Paste transparent' or something, but because I have the other image enlarged, it also enlarges the edited thing I put on top of it, when I want it to stay small on top of the bigger image, any ideas?
