Windows forced shutdown??

has anyone ever come across an error screen "LSA Shell has encountered an unexpected error" and then just a few minutes later you get a Dialogue Box that forces to shutdown in 60 seconds.. it says that "NT Authority" Initiated the command... i did notice that when i disable my local network, this problem disappears.. so i figure it is somehow a network associated error or spyware of some kind.. but not sure... if any of you can support with some help of any kind i would appreciate it... thanks...

can't help you unless we all know what OS your using & how old yer comp.(computer) is....

somthing like that happened to be before (winXP) anyway, turned out to be a worm. a bad one at it's time, though I don't remeber what it is called.
but same thing happened to me and I think it's probably a virus.
not totally sure though
