I can't get rid of Real Player

When I try to open real player it says "This application has failed to start because PNCRT.dll was not found....". When i try to uninstall it, it says "uninstaller component missing".

First I had Real Alternative but the codecs were not current so I installed Real Player while RA was still installed. Of course after the installation it tells me that Real Player may experience problems.

Can someone tell me how I can get Real Player off my computer?

k, install it agen then uninstall it, if it still don't work delete it manually, deleteing registry keys, obviously correctly
