I have had this before as well. Reboot in safe mode so that nothing is running in the back ground. Then, start norton and immediatly go to live updates. Then scan. This should fix. If not try CW Shredder

Thats not gonna work i have had this virus before.. What I did was.. Reformated the whole PC. You cant even restore your pc to earlyer date it swipes all of that.. it really sucks this virus...
