blocking popups!!!!!

i used to have norton antivirus security and i never had popups. but my computer was running too slow with norton installed so i uninstalled it. then i started getting A LOT of popups so i reinstalled it. but now this same little popup still comes up along with a few others....and now i lose my internet connection on internet explorer about every 15 minutes for no reason, but the messengers still work. can anyone help!?

sounds like spyware or a virus to me
what OS do you have?

i have spybot and ad-aware. and i've run both of them a few times and it still didnt fix the problem. any other suggestions??

spyware i've had this befroe get lavasoft adware 6.0 and go into safe mode and use it

Adware Personal edition 6.0 is better.
