Cools Webs Search HELP PLEEEZ

I have scanned many times with ad-aware and norton and spyware doctor, etc. (all are updated) and each time Cool Webs Search keeps poping back up as a threat. I can't get rid of it. Any suggestions?

Right click it and check it is unticked in the toolbars, if no luck go to add/remove programs and see if it is there if still with no luck reinstall your browser.
