How to create iso

what program can i get that creates an iso file?
ive tryed about 3 different programs and the files they create are all way too small and i cant mount them with my virtual cd drives or use them with any other program that uses .iso files

can anyone recommend me a FREE program that creates .iso files from the cd?

CloneCD is good, and WinISO is also good.

CloneCD wont create ISO's though. But will make its own version that is mountable.
