internet explorer help??

on one of my accounts on the computer, i can go to the internet explore tool: internet options. but on the other account, i cant go to the internet options. it says something like a administration restrict or something like dat, so if u no how to solve dis problem, AIM me or email me.

It can be disabled by the administrator and if it has been there is not much you can do about it unless you are an administrator yourself, if so you can do it with this tool: C:\WINDOWS\system32\gpedit.msc
