well heres the problem

i got a new graphics card and since ive put it in , windows has been working fine and games have untill i change the game to full screen then i get like lines going across the screen but after a few minutes it goes fine

just wondering if anyone knows what it might be ?

graphics card nY Verto GeFORCE FX 5200 AGP 128 mb

windows xp profesional

game..? well no games will work , even the small ones , theyre fine until they go fullscreen

computer specs : 1.8 mhz processor
512 mb RAM
DvD reader
cd-r writer

Hmmm... should be working; and I can see no link of it being the graphics card if it only does it in Fullscreen. Can you try it on a different Monitor?

Make sure you have the latest drivers installed. What games are these? Make sure its not overclocked. Could you post a screen shot?
