C crysalis1 Baseband Member Messages 69 Oct 11, 2004 #3 Never actually attempted to connect via 1394 (firewire) but i would definately try to connect them. Firewire gives you faster Data transfer versus Ethernet. (400Mbps over Firewire & 800Mbps over Firewire800) (100Mbps over Ethernet)
