I'm pretty sure it was the IDE Cables coming from the floppy, CD and Hardrive...It's very complicated...

I have had no problems with ME...But I am thinking of upgrading to XP Pro when I can be bothered...Probablt this weekend..
Oh and by the way the computer I am talking about had 98 before I reformatted, but I wanted to install ME on that one after reformation......(If reformation is even a work )
The computer that I actually use most (The one that i'm typing this from) has windows ME and i've never had a problem with it......But like I said I do want to upgrade to XP Pro, I have the disc....

well its actually a very very early build of xp. hp and dell wanted it really bad. ms was pushed to far. also it was a leak more or less. some inside guy at ms gave the go ahead to let dell and hp purchase copies of it.
