I wouldn't say im computer incompetent but i really cannot make sense of this, i found a BIOS update for an ASUS7V600 to increase stability of Kingston ram. I have a new set of pc3200 RAM and when installing it is prone to crashing etc. Anyway,
It would be appreciated if someone could make me a step by step instruction of how to go about flashing the motherboard with this bios update, the asus help is very useless.

My may concerns are:-
Do I need a brand new floppy disc (when i try to create a DOS startup disk it gives an "unsuspected I/o error"?)
What is a bundled MB support cd?
Do i need to update the flashinstaller?
and a step by step simple instruction would be appreciated
Thank you!
