This one is attached to an AOL address such as noreply@aol.com. They are pretending to be AOL and warning you of a security problem. The intent being to gull you into downloading something from AOL to protect your computer.

Agreed. AOL sucks, and i only use AIM because so many of my friends use it. (IRC is the best )
