Wireless Optical Mouse 2.0 it costs about $30.00 I think, it's what I use, it uses 2 AA batteries, but it will work on just one battery. Its good because there isn't a ball you have to clean every so many days, and you really don't have to clean it at all unless your hands are dirty when you use it, etc.. But that would be the best choice I can think of, plus it has a scoller which can scroll pages up and down and left and right, which is a nice little feature. (Great for Gaming)

Get a nice logitech bundle, sweet multimedia keyboard and wireless mouse. £20

Get a Trackball! Back and Forward Buttons at easy reach, and very easy to get used to. About £30 - but worth it and the fact its Non-Cordless means it doesn't need its batteries changing every few minutes. Doesn't need to move either.
