Yeah; SP2 has one and for even more security MSN Toolbar does a damn good job.

Best pop-up blocker definiately comes from the sp2 update-off and on is easy with notification. Doesn't block new windows and is stable.

Truer Words about Popup Blockers have not been spoken...

And it blocks ActiveX, Autodownloads on Pages, everything.
