Hi. I have a digicam and bought a MAGIX MOVIE EDIT PRO 2004. So, I installed the CD and connect the digicam into the PC to start copying/burning it to CD... so i can share the movie to my friends and watch them in TV.. Do I really need the FIREWIRE 1EEE 1394 to burn CD's?!?! or do you know any way to burn w/o it?! Coz i don't have money to buy it... Please help.. thank you.

why did it say you need it? Are you using usb to capture the video?

Firewire would only be needed if you were to want to get an External CD Burner? Do you not have a Burner now?

Well yeah; I just couldn't think of another reason he could think he needs a Firewire?
