Hi. I have a digicam and bought a MAGIX MOVIE EDIT PRO 2004. So, I installed the CD and connect the digicam into the PC to start copying/burning it to CD... so i can share the movie to my friends and watch them in TV.. Do I really need the FIREWIRE 1EEE 1394 to burn CD's?!?! or do you know any way to burn w/o it?! Coz i don't have money to buy it... Please help.. thank you.

Firewire would only be needed if you were to want to get an External CD Burner? Do you not have a Burner now?

Well you dont exactly need firewire for an external cd burner. the one i have right now is USB 2.0, fire wire is only faster (by a little bit).

Well yeah; I just couldn't think of another reason he could think he needs a Firewire? :D

i know i can transfer by using usb... but when i'm using it.. it doesn't have sounds.. and it is blurred.. =(

firewire is mostly used if you have a digital video camera or external HDD
