I recently did a factory restore on my coputer, and after completing it, everything turned slow. I also got no sound, so my friend said I lost my drivers and after giving him the model of my pc, he gave me a link to this site.

It fixed my sound problem, but after the 4th download, everthing got INCREDIBLY SLOW. Going to control panal would take at least 10 minutes.

Then he told me to go to Event Viewer in Adminastrative Tools and to look for red X's

I found this:

NOTE: I did this in safe mode, because if I did it in regular, it would take at LEAST 30 minutes.

Some of these had doubles, triples, or up to even 50 of the exact same error.

My friend was confused and didn't know what to do. Can anyone help?

Yeah; don't need the internet to Reinstall Windows. If anything it makes your job easier cause then you don't really have to bother about the Security Updates and Service Packs :D
