Drivers for CD/DVD Drives

Hey,
I need drivers for my CD Drice-YAMAHA CRW8824E
DVD DRive-ATAPI DVD-ROM 16X MAX
I have looked in www.driverguide.com...
But found nothing....
I did find a yamaha all type driver and downloaded it...wenbt to system, device manager....nknown dev ice...choose location...but te file "wasnt" there but it was...plz help?

Do u have a system and driver cd? that would have come with your Computer, in other words any disks that come with it.

Why is this...The reason i need them, is because i want to upgrade from ME to XP...but the OS DOsent recognise My CD or DVD Drives...I can't install anything including my internet modem which makes it even harder since this means i cant connect to the NET...Any ideas?

check microsofts site for drivers.
