controling a remote computer

ok mine and my bros computer are networked, we play lan games and sometimes online. The router is in his room and sometimes just to be a dink he disconnects me. Is there a way that i can remotly control his computer, like shut it down or open up programs or anything? just to piss the guy off?

WITHOUT the use of trojans like subseven and netbus...

Using this Remote Access program, you can control his system... just give a try.

you could also enable the telnet server, or ssh server, or remote desktop, or any number of things...

Tech-expert is right...
to find the best solution we do need to know a bit more...

a good start is what OS is on the computers,
What firewall? (if any)
how are they connected (hubs with a gateway computer?)/through a router etc...
do you have access to the other PC?

the list goes on.
