I recently installed my printer and tried to use the prt scrn key, but instead of copying my desktop a printer window popped up. This never happened when I installed the same printer to my old computer.

I was wondering if anyone knew how to enable the prt scrn key to work as it's supposed to again?

if i'm correct the prt scrn button is the short cut for printing the page your veiwing to the printer.

you can still take a pic of your desktop...by just closing the printer window.then pasting in the paint program.....

Uninstall your printer Drivers. See if they have an update for them as well.

Also if a reinstallation of the drivers fails, you can found screen capture software that will let you use an alternate key at places like download.com

go to your karicta map and it would all be in there i think ether that or change keybord setings to uk again and apply and see what happends
