Not from XP though - you'll need to either make a MSDOS Boot CD on XP or use the CD - which has better tools for Formatting anyway.

Umm..
You mean you get 2 menus at the start asking to boot into xp home or xp pro?
If so.. Go to - Control Panel -> System -> Advanced Tab -> Startup and Recovery
Then select default operating system
and uncheck display list for X seconds.
