Long wait from mail order companies is to be expected. I was this close to buying an aliemware area 51-m a few months ago and they said It wouldn't ship for like 2 weeks.

These people make custom computers. It takes time to specifically configure each model so it works properly.

well dell takes forever and a day to even get you scheduled to get a frickin repair. let alone reapir and send you a system. it takes hours on the phone just to ge them to accept a repair oder!!

Yeah If these laptops wernet so expensive then I would recommend them. They build it quickly and have the best service out of anyone.

Alot more than anyone else. Lets just say that. They have a few models with crappy video cards and monitors that are cheap (under 1000) but after that watch out.

The reason they are so expensive is mainly their monitors. Those things are probably $1000 a peice. They are really nice though.
