Boot problem

every other time i restart my computer it goes through the whole load process but right when its about to get to the windows loading screen it goes completely blank......then i press the restart button and it will boot normally. It does this every other time without fail. Any ideas why this is and how i can fix it?

I have that happen ALL THE TIME!

I hate it!

Something that I do, doesn't always work, but if i press the Ctrl, Windows and Alt button when it goes there, it sometimes starts to run in Safe Mode.

DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK

That's just something that I have figured out.

The only other thing I can say is, ask someone better "qualified."

I don't usually suggest bios changes,but it should be set at
A,C,SCSI

Why would you want that if you have no scsi devices?

Thats not exactly the proper initials but yeah. Make sure Asomething or other is turned on.

Unless you have a new Dell; in which case A would be useless and you might as well put in SCSI.
